Where is the sound, video, and media content?
Are your speakers turned on? If you still don't hear music playing and/or can't access photo, video, or animation content, chances are you either have javascript disabled in your browser settings OR need to install Adobe Flash Player. How can I hear each album in the Javasounds Series?
The "Album" carousel on Javasounds front page is an easy way to explore every volume of our series. Simply click the left or right arrows to choose an album and click the album icon. You can also navigate to each album by clicking "Shop" in the main menu, then clicking the icon of the volume you wish to explore.
How come I bought an album and my download didn't start?
If you experience any problems downloading your purchases please let us know! We will quickly correct any issues you may have. Please note that each purchase also comes with a link for download sent to you via email, just in case you need to download your purchase a second time.
Why does the shopping cart say $3 when it's supposed to be a $1 minimum donation?
You can change the price in your shopping cart! Simply select the price, type in your preference (starting at $1), and then click "Update Cart".
We suggest a $3 donation per album because producing this series was very, very expensive.
However, we appreciate all donations, regardless of size!
